Perfection at the touch of a button

Are you ready to take the quality in your kitchen to the next level? In modern gastronomy, the hotel industry, and professional catering, every second counts. That's precisely where your new blast chiller comes in. It's the indispensable tool if you value uncompromising freshness, first-class hygiene, and efficient operation.

A conventional freezer slowly removes heat from food, causing large ice crystals to form that destroy the cell structure. Your new rapid chiller puts an end to this: By lowering the core temperature extremely quickly, vitamins, nutrients, and above all, the texture of your food are perfectly preserved.

Rapid cooling for the highest hygiene standards

Perfect quality: Whether meat, fish, or delicate desserts – after thawing, everything tastes like it's freshly prepared.

HACCP compliance: Effortlessly meet all hygiene standards by safely and quickly cooling hot food.

Less food waste: Significantly extend the shelf life of your products and reduce waste in your kitchen.

Optimized workflow: Prepare dishes (cook & chill), flash freeze them, and regenerate them precisely when your restaurant is busiest.
