Safety and Warning Instructions

- Place the appliance only on a stable, level, and non-slip surface.

- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the rating plate.

- Ensure that the ventilation slots are free of obstructions to guarantee optimal air circulation.

- After transport or tilting the appliance, allow it to stand upright for at least 12 hours before switching it on to prevent damage to the cooling system.

- Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the appliance or be left unattended near it.

- Do not store or use any flammable, explosive, or chemical substances in or near the appliance.

- Never clean the appliance with a water jet or immerse it in liquids; this could cause a short circuit or electric shock.

- Always wear protective gloves when removing flash-frozen or chilled food to prevent frostbite.

- After a power outage or disconnection from the mains, wait at least 5 minutes before switching the appliance back on to prevent damage to the compressor.

- Do not place food with temperatures above 90°C in the appliance, as this may impair the cooling process.

- The condenser and evaporator must be cleaned regularly. Wear protective gloves and a dust mask to prevent injury or inhalation of dust.

- When cleaning, ensure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply and the fan has completely stopped to prevent electric shock and injury.

- This appliance is intended solely for commercial use in the refrigeration and freezing of food. Any other use may cause damage and compromise safety.

- Do not use damaged cables or plugs; repairs and maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel only. - Do not place heavy objects or objects filled with liquids on the appliance to prevent the risk of falling or electric shock.

- The refrigerant is flammable; in case of a leak, ventilate the room well and avoid open flames.

- Operation outdoors or in damp rooms is not permitted, as this can lead to short circuits and hazards.

- In case of visible damage or malfunctions, stop operation immediately and contact qualified personnel.
